Located a few steps away from Man Mo Temple and surrounded by traditional shops and galleries, this modern cafe will plunge yourself into Hong Kong atmosphere. Swiss expat Nicolas Elelouf was quite ambitious as he got the idea to bring a French touch to the Cantonese culinary icon. With two chefs who used to work for Robuchon and Din Tai Fung respectively, the food promises to be well-executed: The dim sum come with innovative fillings like foie gras, tomato & mozzarella, or even truffle Brie, while chocolate will melt into the traditional jin dui sesame pastry.
