The 4th edition of the Hong Kong Sundance Film Festival will screen an array of independent feature films American filmmakers and short films by local talent.

Description

Opening with the drama A Ghost Story (2017), which opened the US Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, the 4th Hong Kong festival will showcase twelve independent films. The festival also plays host to Q&A’s with filmmakers and panel discussions on soundtracks and the art of screenwriting.

The diverse program includes recently released titles by American filmmakers, such as the drama Gook (2017), the documentary STEP (2017), and Comedy/Drama movies Ingrid goes West (2017) and Band Aid (2017)The 2017 Sundance Film Festival: Hong Kong gives local talent a chance to shine by hosting a Short Film Competition. The winning shorts will be screened on September 24.
