Supported by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, The Metroplex brings back Best of Annecy, an associated project of Le French May 2020.
Best of Annecy showcases a selection of animated films from the prestigious Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Founded in France in 1960, the festival specialises in animated films and attracts thousands of submissions from top animators around the world each year.
Best of Annecy will screen a selection of eight shorts from Best of Annecy 2019 (watch trailer here)
Best of Annecy 2019 will be shown on Sunday, 24 May at 4pm, while Best of Annecy Kids 2019, a selection for children will be shown a week later on Sunday, 31 May at 4pm.
