A Month of Sustainable Innovation and Experiences at commaa

Why We Recommend it
Description
What If? Making Matter: Materials Reimagined, a sustainability campaign co-curated by Fabrica X and commaа, unfolds a month-long programme at the café in Sheung Wan, featuring a curated exhibition, workshops, talks and innovative bites — all focused on living in harmony with nature.
At the gallery, a new generation of material innovators is showcased, from circular textiles to food-waste-based surfaces and bio-crafted finishes, highlighting sustainable alternatives for everyday actions that help restore nature. Displayed on the glass shelves is Asian Perspectives, a curated collection of brands from across Asia crafting products from organic, biodegradable materials.
Throughout the month, a series of events will also take place, including Pour Over Dialogues with innovators sharing insights, Year of the Horse Bio-Charm Workshops, and creative food tastings with Curious Bites & Sips.
Powered by The Mills Fabrica, Fabrica X is an impact-led creative movement, placing people at the centre of sustainability and innovation through story-rich, sensory experiences, from food and fashion to well-being and beyond. Rooted in Hong Kong with global reach, Fabrica X bridges the public with brands and creators to test, prototype, and co-create bold sustainability concepts that become tangible, community-driven experiences.
