Description
Sham Shui Po’s Parallel Space is never short of fascinating events and [Beautiful Land – Thinker] Book & Toy Launch Exhibition is no exception. In this exhibition, Parallel Space is joined by Beautiful Land, an artist collective formed by 9 Hong Kong artists who refer to themselves as Thinkers.
The exhibition is divided into two sections, the first being a showcase of the artists’ hand-drawn designs for the Beautiful Land illustration book, whereas the second part unveils each artist’s one-off redesigns of the toy known as High Pressure Unit.
Apart from being able to witness these incredibly unique works on display, visitors can also purchase exclusive items including 70 painted High Pressure Units, original artworks from each artist, and special edition souvenirs.
