The PMQ Picture Book Exhibition FEEL FREE, FEEL 3 returns from 25 April to 18 May, showcasing more than 60 silent picture books carefully selected from Europe, America, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. These wordless books use colour, lines, shapes, and composition to tell stories that transcend language, inviting readers of all ages to engage their imagination and personal interpretation.
Visitors can immerse themselves in a thoughtfully designed space co-created with MIDWAY Studio, where playful installations bring silent picture books to life. Suspended pull-out pages from Hoch Hinaus reveal the lives of skyscraper residents, magnifying glasses uncover hidden details in books like Egg and Cat, while the pop-up book Bloom unfolds like a flower, its intricate designs reflected in mirrors.
By combining creativity, design, and imagination, FEEL FREE, FEEL 3 offers a unique opportunity to experience the art of silent picture books in new and interactive ways. The exhibition encourages visitors to embrace the absence of words and discover infinite stories within the pages.
