Why We Recommend it

The Mai Po Marshes, a large wetland nature reserve managed by the World Wildlife Fund, is a haven for thousands of migratory birds who pass through on their way north. The Royal Geographic Society of Hong Kong is now offering a guided tour of this fascinating scene.
An experienced guide will conduct the tour through the mangroves and marshes along Deep Bay, giving participants a chance to look closely at thousands of migratory birds. The group will also journey along the longest boardwalk in Mai Po and go birdwatching on floating bird hides.
