Being one of Hong Kong’s earliest experimental theater group, Zuni Icosahedron have played an integral role in the evolution of stage technology here.
The Tech Lab is a series of showcases, talks and workshops aimed at opening a window into the groundbreaking world of stage technology – which brings together innovations in music and stage atmospherics. They also strive to foment engagement in the ever-diversifying spheres of entertainment and technology.
The diverse programme is broken up into three themes over three weeks: Wittgenstein, In Search of Lost Time, and Movement Lab. Where Wittgenstein explores the history and appropriation of electronic music, In Search explores the relationship between text and theatre, and Movement Lab interrogates physicality on stage.
