Fringe Festival 2026: Breeding Bold, Breaking Boundaries

Description

Fringe Festival 2026 is a celebration of cross-disciplinary creativity under the theme “Breeding Bold. Breaking Boundaries.” Bringing together over 300 artists from across the globe, and with around 100 curated programmes, this year’s festival spans eight categories — music, dance, theatre, magic, film, stand-up comedy, family shows and art-tech.

The line-up bridges emerging talents and household names such as a solo photography exhibition by celebrated artiste Simon Yam; as well as performances by renowned pianist Nancy Loo, soprano Yuki Ip, all-female jazz ensemble B-JAZZ, swing dance collective Hong Kong Swings and comedy troupe Backstage Comedy. Alongside these shows, there are also family-friendly interactive programmes and music therapy collaborations like the Parent-Child Interactive Concert led by music therapist Bettina Wan.
