HART Haus Exhibition Connects Youth and Art Careers

HART Haus and social services organisation r é n introduce a new initiative with Art Actions | Our Youth Our Future, an exhibition in Kennedy Town featuring recent works by international artists Daniel Roibal, Keisuke Azuma, Sin U Lam, and 2024 HART Awardees Kelly Kwok, Kwok Wah San, and Elsa Ngai. The show offers a collective look at how transnational training and diverse backgrounds shape the roles of artists today.

The exhibition explores themes of locality, time, memory and emotional attachment as these artists transition into professional careers. Through painting and installation, they draw on diasporic experiences and personal narratives to illustrate how time and memory collapse and intertwine in contemporary art practice.

Beyond the exhibition, the campaign by HART Haus and r é n aims to empower under-resourced youth by providing access to internships, part-time roles, and collaborative opportunities across creative industries. Through partnerships with schools, institutes, and firms, the project seeks to build strong foundations for future generations in the arts.
