Find Hidden Affordable Photography Gems at KAKAHUETTE Pop-up Exhibition

Why We Recommend it

Start-up KAKAHUETTE – phonetically “peanut” in French – pops up with an exhibition featuring affordable limited edition of art photographs by talented local and international photographers and artists.

Description

Photographers Richard Jay and Steven U founded KAKAHUETTE with some other local photographers to create a community to promote photography and connect with people who share the team’s vision in photography. Their concept, inspired by their favourite pairing with a good wine and peanuts, focuses on simplicity and uniqueness of the works which stick with viewers and will be remembered. The start-up finds photographers and promotes their work through limited edition prints. On board are a line-up of artists and photographers with a solid range of photography styles: minimalism, cityscape, abstract, nature, and more.

The pop-up exhibition displays the works of these artists, some of which are available for purchase. The line-up of photographers include local street photographer Sean Foley, who turned his hobby into passion, as well as Andrew Ives, who fell in love with the city when he moved here in 2015 and has since then perfected his night photography skills.
