Multi-Sensory Performance “Wild Is The Grass” Crosses Artistic Boundaries

Why We Recommend it

Wild is the Grass is a series comprising four distinctive, interactive performances inspired by the artist’s everyday struggles and identity crises stemming from anxiety and insecurity.

Description

Taking the metaphor of wild grass—which is able to grow pretty much anywhere—as the artistic backbone, the production Wild Is the Grass reflects on how we, as human beings, keep surviving and evolving, no matter what.

Its four intense performances – Report i – Which I am I by Ivanhoe Lam and Santayana Li, Fe + C… ➡ Steel? by Théâtre de la Feuille, Legend of Hao Hao by Yang Hao and Wu King-yeung and Paradise: Epilogue by Jabin Law x Chan Kwun-fee – play with the different media of language, body and music.

This production is created by Orleanlaiproject, a collective that curates hybrid collaborations that explore new possibilities of presentation formats and fuse the boundaries of various art forms.

Please note that although the event is free, registration is required.
