Why We Recommend it

Description

The Hive Spring presents the exhibition Variation en Miroir, showcasing a series of portraits by German artist Anne-Kristin Vaudour, known for pop surrealism, and French artist chaussette b., who works in paintography, a mix of digital painting and photography.
Using an ID photo of each other, the two artists have created works showcasing their own interpretations of five themes, ranging from Memories of a Geisha, Long Live the Queen, Spirit of the Beast, Big Eyes through Once Upon a Time. Each piece tells a different story that draws viewers into a fantasy world. Expect to see digital illustrations by Vaudour and paintographs by chaussette b.
