Description
Los Angeles-Born, Cambodia-based photographer John McDermott is best known for his black and white photos of temples taken with infrared film, including Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm. His works have been featured in The New York Times, exhibited internationally and are on permanent display at The National Museum of Cambodia in Phnom Penh.
In this three-and-a-half hour event, McDermott will describe his photographic work and techniques. All participants are encouraged to send in their best photo of an ancient or spiritual building taken this or last year. Following his talk, McDermott will critique the best entries and award prizes to the best three photographs.
