Enjoy a fun and surprising day in Wong Chuk Hang’s art spaces and streets which will be taken over  by local and international artists.

Description

Beside the usual indoor exhibition openings and art performances this year’s art day runs an outdoor installation program. Around 10 local and international artists install interactive pieces in the streets of Wong Chuk Hang. Visitors can experience more art from different artists going from one gallery to another.

Participating galleries include ADC Artspace, Rossi & Rossi, De Sarthe, Chloe Ho Studio Greer, Howland Smith Art Studio, Empty Gallery, Alisan Fine Arts, Caroline Chiu Studio, Artmia Studio, Longmen Art Projects, Art Statements, Kirsteen Pieterse Studio, Blindspot Gallery, Pékin Fine Arts, Axel Vervoordt Gallery, McNamara Art Projects, Marsha Roddy Studio, and Michael Nock Studio.

Founded in 2013, SICD is formed by 19 galleries and art spaces in the South Island areas, where high quality galleries cluster and host exhibitions in large industrial spaces (ranging from 3000 to 5000sf).
