Why We Recommend it

Multimedia artists team up with the Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile (CHAT) to produce works musing on Hong Kong’s rich fashion and retail history.

Description

As part of its mission to activate the legacy of the local textile industry by bring art and the community together, art institution Mill6 (and offshoot of the Mills Heritage Conservation Project) has commissioned works from three artists.

These are local artist Sarah Lai, Japanese artist Iwasaki Takahiro and Korean artist Jung Yeondoo. Their works involve creatively retelling Hong Kong stories using video and other media.
