WestK Cabaret Festival 2026

Description

WestK Cabaret Festival makes its debut from 30 May to 7 June, expanding on the success of the Tea House Theatre’s Cabaret Nights with a larger, multi-venue programme. Headline performances in the Grand Theatre include Patti LuPone’s Asia-exclusive A Life in Notes, Bobby Fox’s high-energy dance showcase and Paris’ Paradis Latin with its family-friendly Mon Premier Cabaret. Hong Kong artist Alex Lam adds a local dimension with A Cantopop Odyssey.

Beyond the main stage, the festival leans into cabaret’s intimate roots. The Tea House Theatre returns as a salon-style venue for smaller shows, while backstage rehearsal studios host immersive, tavern-inspired performances. Late-night parties and free happy-hour pop-up acts in the atrium add to the mix, featuring everything from circus to dance. Together, the festival balances spectacle with spontaneity, inviting audiences to experience cabaret up close.
