Description

In a solo exhibition, venerable Hong Kong artist Wilson Shieh showcases his anthropomorphised city scapes which he creates with intricate, gong bi style ink brushstrokes.

Shieh’s works are playful, architectural studies that are also inspired by the interplay of masculine and feminine energies. He likes to blur the boundaries of gender in subtly subversive ways.
