Zan Baak Fo: An Interactive Exhibition by Ceramic artist Annie Wan

Why We Recommend it
In her latest series of work, Hong Kong artist Annie Wan has set out to demystify the medium of clay by creating groceries and mundane objects out of ceramic.
Description
Zan Baak Fo (‘Zan’ means precious and authentic in Cantonese) is an exhibition embedded into Cheung Hing, a local grocery store in the Ping Shek Estate and in a gallery in Sheung Wan.
It showcases over 30 day-to-day objects, such as vegetables and plastic bottles, made of ceramic. Wan’s art works will be displayed alongside the actual products in the grocery store in order to explore and demonstrate the coexistence of arts and daily life.
