Art to Discover: Affordable Art Fair HK 2026

Why We Recommend it
The 13th Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong invites visitors to discover and collect accessible, contemporary art in a welcoming, approachable setting.
Description
Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong returns for its 13th edition, welcoming 106 exhibitors under the theme “See Art. Love Art. Own Art.” Thousands of contemporary works — from painting and sculpture to photography and mixed media — are gathered under one roof, creating an accessible and approachable environment for all to connect with art.
Beyond the galleries, the fair unfolds as an immersive cultural festival. Highlights include Special Projects 2026, featuring five large‑scale installations and interactive environments. Notable projects include Stephy Tang’s Ever Near, a fluid, colour‑driven meditation on human connection, and Wesley Wong’s Mirror in the City, which uses rain and mirrors to dissolve the boundary between artwork, viewer and Hong Kong’s urban rush. Pieces of Hong Kong, a new photography feature, spotlights six Hong Kong‑based artists: Derry Ainsworth, Jeremy Cheung, Sean Foley, Marcel Heijnen, Jay Khan and Carlo Yuen.
Young Talent Hong Kong, meanwhile, presents No‑Rise with five emerging local voices, while Brit‑ish, a special programme curated with the British Consulate General Hong Kong, brings together 15 artists across painting, sculpture and print. Experience hands‑on workshops such as intaglio printmaking with acclaimed artist Zhang Qiao, where participants can ink and press prepared plates or even etch their own plates on site.
